Looking for a Delivery Crew, Cook or Deckhand position
Hello, my name is Yorgos and I am based in the Netherlands.
I hold the RYA Coastal Skipper certificate and have passed the Yachtmaster Offshore theory. I am currently building miles toward the Yachtmaster Offshore practical exam.
My recent experience includes an offshore delivery of a Farr 65 from Pylos to Barcelona (~1000 nm) where I stood day and night watches and assisted with sail handling, navigation support and general onboard duties.
In total I have logged around 1750 nautical miles including offshore and coastal passages in the Mediterranean.
I am comfortable with:
- watchkeeping (day and night)
- helming
- sail handling and reefing
- AIS monitoring and collision avoidance awareness
- general onboard duties
I am reliable, calm under pressure and happy to contribute to all aspects of life on board.
I am available for offshore passages, yacht deliveries or mile-building opportunities and can travel within Europe if needed.
