Looking for a Friendship or Novice Crew position

Hi everyone,
I'm Marthe, Belgian, 20s, female. Grew up sailing in the holidays, started young, did plenty of trips through childhood, and genuinly love being on the water. Looking to get back into it properly after a stretch of city life in Brussels, and this is my actual holiday, so I'm here to have fun as much as anything else.
I'm a hands-on person, technically minded (engineering background), easy to work with, love to cook and very comfortable in social settings. I pull my weight, adapt quickly and don't need hand-holding. Happy to take on whatever's on deck.
What I'm after: a recreational trip somewhere with good sailing, good company and enough space to breathe. Open to somewhat all destinations, wherever the boat is going. Flexible on boat type but most experience on ( /-14m) sailing yachts.
Not chasing a resume line, just want salt air, good wind, sun and good crew :)
