Beginner sailor seeking mile building, friendship, Delivery Crew or Novice Crew positions
Hi, I’m new to sailing and looking to build miles, learn from an experienced skipper, and meet good people.
I’m 43, ex-military, disciplined, reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable with watches/night shifts from my service background. I’m not an experienced sailor yet, but I’m keen to learn quickly and contribute wherever needed.
I’m transitioning to a location-independent lifestyle, so I have good flexibility for longer trips, deliveries, and passages.
Happy to help with lookout duties, cleaning, cooking, lines, maintenance, and general crew tasks. I’m easygoing, respectful, and good at following instructions as part of a team.
Open to mile building, friendship sailing, and delivery opportunities where a motivated novice is welcome.
