Experienced Deckhand | Coxswain | Mediterranean Seasonal Crew
I’m looking for temporary, seasonal, permanent or delivery deckhand opportunities on motor or sailing yachts in the Mediterranean.
I have professional deck experience, an Australian commercial Coxswain qualification, STCW certification, and several years of hands-on yacht maintenance experience as a trade-certified boatbuilder/shipwright. I’m confident with line handling, mooring operations, anchoring, tender driving (including RIBs with guests onboard), watchkeeping, and general deck maintenance.
I’ve lived aboard my own sailing yacht and have completed coastal and offshore passages, so I’m comfortable with long days, changing conditions, and working as part of a professional crew.
I’m reliable, hardworking, calm under pressure, and happy to help wherever needed. I’m available immediately, based in Palma de Mallorca, and able to travel throughout the Mediterranean.
I hold a European (Belgian) passport with full Schengen work and travel rights, so I’m available to join a vessel anywhere in the Mediterranean without visa restrictions.
I’m particularly interested in deckhand positions, deliveries, guest operations, and classic or well-maintained yachts where a strong work ethic and practical skills are valued.
