Looking for a Novice Crew position
Hello y'all,
I'm new to the sailing and boating world, but I'm excited to learn the craft, meet new people, and explore our beautiful planet. I'll be taking an ASA 101 course with the Annapolis Sailing School in September as well as helping a family friend move his 55' Fleming over 3 days.
I work as a mountain guide, so I'm no stranger to working in adverse conditions and spending lots of time with others in close quarters. I imagine there's some similarities between getting to spend 9 days in a tent with two people at high camp on Denali and a long passage on a boat...?
My work schedule gives me lots of flexibility so I can take off for long sails.
