Looking for a Mile building, Racing crew or Delivery Crew position
Crew looking for some miles!!
Hello skippers and fellow sailors, I am Noah and 18 year old from the Isle of Wight UK??.
Availability - 25th of october 2026 onwards To build knowledge, sea miles and memories!!
I was only introduced to sailing two years ago when I started my course at UKSA but have been absolutely hooked ever since.
I have committed myself to as much time on the water in as many different vessels as I could. In those two years I spent at uksa I got a lot of experience as well as many qualifications such as:
RYA dinghy instructor
Power boat level two (commercially endorsed)
Short range VHF RADIO
STCW - sea survival
RYA first aid
Just to name a few.
At the moment I am the harbour taxi in Yarmouth Harbour. This job has been such great experience in many factors weather that’s helping dock a 50 foot long keel in 4 knots of tide, gaining knowledge from seasoned skippers, or sharpening my boat handling skills.
However when I’m not driving round the harbour I’m leaving it, weather that’s for competitive racing in cowes and Yarmouth or on a gibsea 242 which I skipper around the south coast!!
Some other hobbies I have are surfing?♂️, spear fishing?, camping just to name a few.
I am very easy going, quick thinking and willing to work hard.
I am open to any passages and willing to pay for flights✈️ anywhere in the world weather that’s a trans Atlantic crossing too island hopping somewhere in the Mediterranean. Ideally though, I could find a skipper who is leaving the south coast of the uk?.
