Mountain person looking to learn the ropes at sea
I'm a semi-graduated PhD student trying to find a cool job and travelling until that happens (indefinitely). I'm on a slow side mission to see the world and have wanted do some of that by the sea and to get into sailing and for a few years now. Apart from a week or so on two boats off of Colombia some years ago I so far however have no real sailing experience, and am looking to change that now!
I'm comfortable and fairly experienced in remote outdoor environments (mainly from time spent in the mountains), physically fit, flexibly around Southeast Asia, happy to stand watches/cook/clean and financially independent, and very much interested in learning :)
