Cooking for Sailing — beginner crew looking to learn, help and join real adventures :)
Hi, I’m Bezi, 33, based in Germany.
I’m new to sailing and currently taking sailing/boating courses. My long-term dream is to gain real offshore experience and one day travel the world by sailboat.
I’m looking to join a friendly skipper or crew in Europe for a few weeks up to 1-4 weeks as beginner crew. I’m not looking to be just a passenger — I really want to help, learn and be useful onboard.
My sailing experience is still limited, but I’m reliable, fit, curious, easy-going and very motivated. I’m happy to help with lines, anchoring, cleaning, night watches, basic maintenance, provisioning and whatever needs to be done.

I’m an adventure-loving person, open-minded, social and respectful. I enjoy meeting people with a similar mindset: curious, kind, practical, positive and excited about the sea.
Safety, clear communication and a respectful atmosphere are important to me. I’m also happy to share reasonable onboard costs.
