Looking for a Novice Crew position

I am actually a photographer and videographer, but I am really passionate about learning how to sail and spend more time on the sea. I'd like to join any boat that sails around Indonesia or Papua or Bismarck. I am not experienced but I learn quickly. I love scuba diving and snorkeling and I am a solar, positive person. I can be of company (I love playing music, board games and so on) but I also know when to shut up.
