Looking for a 1st Mate, Captain or Delivery Crew position focusing on a cross Atlantic voyage from Med to Caribbean
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a 1st Mate, Captain or Delivery Crew. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
I am a sailor at heart, shaped by the waters of Friesland and seasoned by more than 15,000nm across the Mediterranean and beyond. My experience ranges from skippering and flotilla leadership to yacht deliveries and a transoceanic voyage from Cape Town to Amsterdam. I also developed the Digital Flotilla concept at Tubber, supporting more than 50 weeks of charters remotely with itineraries, weather updates, and safety guidance. What defines my style is clear communication, steady seamanship, and creating confidence for everyone on board.
