I’m a seasoned hospitality professional with over 14 years of shipboard experience, looking to join a small, low-key yacht operation that values adventure, teamwork, and authenticity. I thrive in less formal yet professional environments and bring a strong work ethic, positive energy, and a deep love for the sea.

14+ years in hospitality and yachting, including:
Interior and exterior boat care
Provisioning and cooking for crew, owners, and charter guests
Food and beverage service
Sailing, navigation, docking, day/night watchkeeping
Repair and maintenance
shipboard accounting and tax preparation
Able to run interior operations autonomously and make guest-focused decisions
Strong organizational and planning skills
Eager to advance skipper skills with a mentor-minded partner

12 years of cruise ship work worldwide in various roles including but not limited hospitality, safety, accounting
42-ft expedition catamaran (solo with captain)
58-ft Beneteau Oceanis (Baja Bash passage)
68-ft S/Y Simple Harmony (Newport RI to St. Barts, chartered in BVI/USVI)
60-ft sailing charter boat (First Mate, solo with captain for 4 seasons summer, 1 season winter USVI, hosting 300+ guests per season with excellent reviews)
What I’m Looking For
Preferably a small yacht with a personalized, less formal yet professional atmosphere
Preference for adventure over luxury, relaxed guests over high-maintenance clientele
A team that values independence, efficiency, collaboration, and shared vision
Opportunities to run charters or explore other arrangements to test compatibility before seasonal commitment
