I am a serious person who when he takes on a commitment he carries it out, I like my work at sea
but also on land when it comes to carrying out maintenance and finding the best solutions to
manage the vessel I command, in my role I willingly take care of all aspects, the selection of crews,
budget management, communication with charter agencies or the owner's manager, guests must
feel safe and comfortable, the search for the best mooring solutions both at shipyards and at
marinas and the management of the works up to the consultancy and supervision of the new unit.
I am an organized person, I love order on board, the cleanliness of all environments, I am able to
solve all problems on board, I am demanding from those who collaborate with me for the simple
fact that I always give more than 100% and I expect it from the people who collaborate with me.
I like discretion, positive persons around me, sincerity and cordiality in work relationships as in life, I
am a sporty person, I have no particular vices, I willingly share my professional and life experiences
