Hello,
we are Petr and Laura, professional couple living, working, travelling and going through various adventures and challenges together, which makes us very well working team in any circumstances.
I, Petr, am qualified and experienced RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore Sail & Power.
I've done sailing yachts deliveries, including 5x Atlantic crossing and occasional racing in Canary Islands and regattas in Channel Islands, Guernsey. Watch leader on 41m sailing super yacht, a year live-aboard of 44m classic square-sail tall ship, First mate/deckhand on the luxury 27m motor yacht, and 3 seasons as the Captain & Chef/stew/deck of the private motor yachts mainly Azure coast.
I am also qualified and experienced Professional Commercial Diver in civil engineering, as I am Civil Engineering Technician by profession with a career over 10 years in various roles.
I, Laura, am licensed Powerboat & RIB Master, I spent a season sailing Danube, Black Sea and 3 seasons all around the Mediterranean, season in Caribbean, and a season in Malta.
I have an artistic background by education, decorative and graphic arts, but mainly woodworking/carpentry, which has also became my hobby, but most of my professional time I’ve spent in a hospitality and gastronomy, for over 10 years in various positions as a barista, waitress, cook/chef, food and drink service, manager, sales ..
Our latest gig was on the catamaran Fountain Pajout Samana 59’ in the positions of the captain and chef/stew/deckhand, which we have done for 3 seasons in a row already.
Twice we sailed through the whole Mediterranean and via Canary Islands and Cap Verde (ARC+) crossed the Atlantic Caribbean and back, together 25,000+ nm ..
