Hello, I’m Egoi Urquiza — a commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with 15+ years of experience, 50,000+ NM, and a life fully rooted in the sea. I live aboard my own sailing boat with my family, which keeps me constantly hands-on, active, and deeply connected to every aspect of running a vessel safely and professionally.
I’ve captained private and charter yachts, completed multiple ocean crossings (including four Atlantic passages), and sailed across all four oceans as well as the Mediterranean, Baltic, and North Seas.
I am currently looking for a captain position on a private, charter, or expedition-style yacht, and I’m also open to coaching and instructional roles.
