With over two decades of experience in the yachting industry, including multiple successful refit and new build projects, I bring proven leadership, technical proficiency, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Most recently, I led a focused refit of M/Y The Star (Benetti 44m) at Astilleros de Mallorca, ensuring the yacht was prepared for new ownership on a tight schedule. Prior to that, I managed a comprehensive refit and class transition (ABS to RINA) of M/Y Platinum (Benetti 50m) at Cantieri di Pisa, while simultaneously maintaining high performance during active charter and private use. Throughout these projects, I have coordinated directly with shipyards, owners’ representatives, and classification societies, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
My certification as a Master 3000 GT II/2, combined with my hands-on engineering experience and multilingual communication skills, positions me well to lead complex refit operations across international settings. I am known for my calm demeanour under pressure, clear communication, and a solution-driven mindset that fosters productive collaboration with crew, contractors, and stakeholders.
