Looking for novice EU tall ship crewing!
Hello! I'm a passionate, artistic, open-minded and creative soul looking to get more salty hands-on experience on the seas! I have a big preference for tall ships in particular as my dream is to eventually be a part of something meaningful like sail cargo, sustainable tourism (sailing charters etc) or maybe even tall ship restoration.
I'm eco-thinking and care deeply about the oceans, nature and preserving marine life. I also love traveling, adventure and building meaningful connections with people who are also genuine, vulnerable and full of life!
I don't have a ton of sailing experience yet (check my profile for more info!) but I'm very eager to learn and bond with the rest of the crew. I've scrubbed the deck, slapped on some new paint on stuff, climbed the rig to tar shrouds, galley duty (I can make some pretty tasty food, meat-free too), lookout duty, some sail handling, been at the wheel and so on. Everything's fun onboard a ship and that's where my soul finds peace and belonging.
I'm vaccinated against covid of course.
