Looking for mile building / voluntary work / novice crew position

Hi, I'm Marcel, 25 years old and living in Germany. I'm looking for an opportunity to learn sailing and start building mileage. I want to buy a boat in the future and live aboard it. Also planning on doing a RYA Yachtmaster to be able to work in the sailing industry. Currently, I'm majoring in philosophy in Germany and I hope I can find someone who would give me the opportunity to come onto his vessel and start learning.
