Hello, I am a retired firefighter and retired veteran, turned sailor with about 8 years of experience learning what $BOAT means! I am currently on my 3rd boat which is a twin diesel trawler. I started out living and cruising full time on a 26' sailboat in the PNW and San Diego. I am now setting my sights on ports farther away. In the spring of 2026 I will be moving to Hawaii to enjoy warmer waters and am available as crew for the upcoming season. I am competent at most marine repairs, I have sanded and varnished my share of woodwork, along with extensive electrical work done to ABYC standards. I am available anytime, anywhere for short stays on your boat as security while you are away, or crew to hop around from port to port. I am familiar with the waters of the PNW and am available for crew up and down the west coast USA. I would not rule out a good opportunity anywhere in the world and have the means to provide my own transportation. I do not smoke and I do not have pets, although I am happy to watch yours while you are away.
