Looking for sailing adventures anywhere in Europe from May to August 2026

I live and work in Munich at the moment but I will be starting a marine engineering apprenticeship this September in the UK. So this spring/summer is my last chance to do some extended sailing adventures!! I'm open to going anywhere and open to any type of sailing (racing, island hopping, coastal cruising or ocean crossings). Ideally somewhere in Europe would be my starting point. Also, as a lover of cycling I would like to combine the 2 adventures together if possible i.e. bike packing to wherever the pick up location is (assuming it is mainland Europe).
Between 2018 and 2020 I had been travelling and working around Australia and New Zealand. I went back to Wales during the lockdown to be with family but soon became sick of my job and decided to learn dinghy sailing. I bought a laser pico and started converting a small van so I could travel around Europe and sail the coasts and lakes in the Mediterranean. After a great summer of sailing and adventure I fell in love with a girl from Munich and I now live there.
I don't have much big sailing boat experience but I have gained many fundamental skills from sailing dinghy's. I am a technical person who loves problem solving and working with his hands so I believe I could be quite useful around the boat. I have mainly worked in construction, farming and other technical jobs so I am no stranger to hard work.
