Practing sailing skills through crewing - available from 2023 in Belize/Mexico, flexible

I am an Danish girl - hoping to be a sailor - looking to join a sailboat in the beginning of 2023. I am currently based in Belize working as a travel guide, but I have january and february off where I hope to get to sea, continue practing the sailing and practical seamenship skills.
I started my sailor experience with a cadet program with Mærsk onboard 400 meter Mumbai Mærsk. I learned ground knowledge of navigation and laws of the sea, and maintaining a ship and machinery and the importance of safety. I have following certifactes:
RYA short range VHF/GMDSS
STCW certificates in navigational watching
STCW Basic safety training
STCW designated security duties
STCW survival crafts
After that I sailed with a 45ft ketch from Sweden to Madeira, doing up to 7 day offshore passages, and comfortable doing night watches and solo watches. The total time was 4 months I was living onboard this boat I also found through crewbay. I have great experience and interest in all traditional seamanship crafts such as knotting, splicing and ropework.
I am looking to gain more sailing experience, and the adventure it is to live at sea. I am open to any kind of boat, whether it be simple or big, a family or sailing community.
I bit about me: my passion is exploring and learning new things, this has taken me far and wide the last three years. I have worked in sustainable farm communities. I love cooking and being creative in a kitchen, and have a good sense of cleanliness and planing. I am working as a travel guide in Europe and South America where I host active round trips for up to 25 guests. I have also worked a childcare host, I really enjoy spending time with kids of all ages. My element of choice would be water, I love all things water-related: swimming, surfing, snorkeling, sailing!
