Passionate for sailing - wanting to improve my skills! (friendship / novice crew position)
Dear community! I am Teresa (friends call me Tessa), 35 yrs & from Germany. I had the luck to live in and travel across the Caribbean over the past years and tried to take every opportunity to go sailing. I became absolutely passionate about it and, after returning to Europe in 2020, I expanded my knowledge by taking part in longer trips. Most recently (high season 2025/26), I was in Panama, where I continued sailing and also worked on sailing boats, gaining even more experience and deepening my passion for life on the water. Now I am back in Europe and looking for sailing opportunities for the summer season — to further improve my skills, learn a lot, meet nice people who share the same passion, and simply have an amazing time on the water. Looking forward to my next trip!

A Cruise from Ibiza to Vilamoura
Tessa was the perfect crew member as we spent time sailing from Ibiza to Vilamoura, stopping at various marina’s and anchorages along the way. She was up for any task, an excellent cook and thoroughly nice person to have on board. I hope to enjoy her company again some time in the future. Until next time, safe sailing through your life.
