Looking for a Mile building, Captain, 1st Mate or Bosun position

Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Mile building, Captain, 1st Mate or Bosun but not only! I’ll consider any proposition especially if it’s adventurous/ off the beaten tracks or on onboard non conventional boats :)
I’m always looking into learning more about boats, the sea. I have some experience but feel that I should remain humble before the vast blue and other fellow sailors.
