14k+ NM experienced sailor for cruising
I'm Lake aged 26 and I've been volunteering on sailing yachts as a mutual aid for 14 months starting from Europe to Indonesia.
I'm a handy guy, I've participated in the installation of generators, water makers, solar panels, satellite comms, AIS systems, mainsails and davits. Plenty of time spent night watching, tender driving etc. I'm comfortable in a leadership role or as an aid.
In the USA I'm a guitar and music school teacher and enjoy problem solving in a group setting. I have a sextant and can teach you the basics of celestial navigation if that interests you, and any musical instruments on board I'll struggle to resist playing! I'm also writing a novel about my travels.
