Hi, My name is Juraj . Iam 26 years old guy from Slovakia. I graduated at hotel academy five years back. Owning the cerrificates from different courses (bartending, somelier, beer drafting). I have not barista certificate but I know how to make all kind of coffee too. I have good knowledge of food, wine and ingredients. I have experience as a bartender and waiter in luxury hotels from previous jobs. Iam currently working as chef de rang in Mlýnec restaurnt (one of the best fine dinning restaurants in Prague) cooking is also not problem for me but Iam not a chef. Iam pretty excited to learn about all kind of work and tasks in interior or deck. Iam very friendly, chilled person with positive vibe aroud me. I have no problem with long shifts and manual work.
