Boat descriptionVessel Overview & Performance Nana is a 2023 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 490, powered by an 80 HP Yanmar engine. She is a modern, exceptionally comfortable cruiser that performs beautifully on open water, offering a stable and safe ride. She is fully optimized for easy and short-handed sailing. Her sail plan includes an in-mast furling mainsail, a self-tacking jib, a furling Code 0, and an asymmetric spinnaker. Sail handling is made effortless with an electric winch on the coachroof. Navigation & Instruments The yacht is fully equipped with Raymarine electronics. There are 2 Raymarine chartplotters at the helms, plus a dedicated autopilot control unit located at the indoor chart table for inside monitoring. AIS and Radar are fully integrated. Safety Gear Safety is a top priority aboard. The safety equipment includes a 6-person life raft, 6 life jackets with harnesses, and jacklines rigged on deck for safe movement in rough conditions. Active safety is supported by the AIS and Radar systems. Facilities & Accommodation Nana originally has a 3-cabin layout. I occupy the forward master cabin with its en-suite facilities, and the port aft cabin has been converted into a dedicated storage room. Your accommodation will be the starboard aft VIP guest cabin. It features a spacious 160x200 cm double bed, a fixed ventilation fan for comfort, and a private, direct-access door to the guest head and shower.
