Capt. & Chef couple - Permanent - Malta

Captain, chef and a maid are needed from 2024 on a brand new top modern 62 foot 3-deck solar electric catamaran from Silent Yachts

It will have a 6 guest plus 1 crew bedrooms.
One of which is the owners suite on the 3rd deck.

Crew will be captain, chef, maid over 2 cabins.

The boat will have bow and stern thrusters as well as Dockmate remote control to easily moor the boat from the dock.

FLIR thermal camera, biggest power package(2x340kW motors, 286kwH batteries, 145kW generator, 1900 liters of diesel), automatic kite system, hydraulic lifting platform.

Delivery will be January 2024 in Italy where 5 days of training is provided

We will be 2 equal owners who will use it a few weeks per year and the rest will be charter.

Summers in the Mediterranean and winters in the Caribbean.

  • Boat descriptionThis is a brand new solar powered catamaran that was just ordered and due to be delivered January 2024 It will have 2 x 340kW motors and capable of a top speed of 16-20 knots. It is equipped with 286kWh batteries and a commercial grade 150kW diesel generator. Typically we would only use the power from the 17kW solar panels and cruise slowly and silently. The summer of 2024 will be the first season of use. The plan is to have it out for charter but me and my co-owner will spend time on the boat while not rented out.
