Springtime in the Netherlands is approaching. Means lookout for 2024!
Will be sailing around the Netherlands and can offer you a good opportunity to enjoy sailing aswell.No clear plans yet, but if you would like to join, just contact me in advance.
If you are a novice? Good opportunity to learn sailing.
If you are experienced? Always welcome, we can share knowledge and experiences.

The Etap is in good shape, and can in principle be sailed from the cockpit.
She has 4 beds, 2 in the front, so you will have your own space.
The plan for 2024 will be to see where the wind will bring us
The Wadden islands as Texel, Vlieland, Terschelling are on the agenda. Including a 'circum navigation' of Noord Holland.
Do some walks over the islands, enjoy the holidays.
In principle I intent to anchor at night or stay in a port, no plans yet for night sailing. So the trip will be planned on day-sailing.
Some sailing will be combined with events of the Etap club, so with other boats aswell.
Myself, I tend to be rather flexible, with a focus on safety, maybe a bit direct (as I am Dutch?) but with a good intent ;).
As a crew member, I expect you to participate in the sailing, keep the boat tidy and safe. If you have limited skills and open to learn, we will get there. I can teach you.
If you are skilled? feel free to sail yourselves. If you can cook, there is a stove, feel free ;). I can cook as well, so that will be sorted out as well.

Fun day sailing at a lake in Holland
I went sailing with Joris for 1 day at the Loosdrechtse plassen, a lake near Amsterdam. We had a great day, lots of wind. His boat is small a fun to sail. Joris is a relaxed person who is willing to let you stear his boat and keeps calm, even in critical moments. Joris is very hospitable. After a day full of wind and sun he invited me to his home to have dinner together with his wife. We had a good time together!
