The Seaclusion Deck hand loves people and has a strong desire to support the crew and the guests in creating the very best in chartering experiences. It is our preference to find a Stew and Deck team. Seaclusion will be providing Luxury Charter experiences for guests throughout the USVI and the BVI (Vaccination Required)
Responsible for cleaning and detailing of exterior of the yacht
Responsible for overseeing the exterior cleaning crew
Responsible for water sports for guests
Ensuring the water toys are set out in the morning for charter and packed away at the end of the day
Upkeep of the exterior tidy during charter and off charter
Assisting captain with sailing
Assisting with crossings and watches as required
Assisting with setup and break down for charter and after charters
Assisting with dinghy trips for guests or crew
Assisting to any guest requests
Responsible for the cleanliness of your own cabin
Assisting with guest bar requests
Responsible for restocking of bar fridges
Reporting any maintenance problems to the captain
Assisting with any interior work as necessary and required
