Opportunities aboard a catamaran (Next: Caribbean exploring then May transatlantic to Europe)

I'm the skipper of a Lagoon 380 S2 catamaran: we host not-for-profit sailing/mastermind weeks where carefully curated guests who are world-class in their respective fields come aboard for a week of discussion, adventure and relaxation.
Guests contribute to the running costs of the boat.
There is also an opportunity for one person each week to contribute by preparing meals instead of financial contribution, and they can still take part in everything else.
Outside of those designated sailing weeks, there might also be opportunities for good people to stay on and sail with the boat, helping with maintenance etc while still being able to do their day job (if it can be done remotely)
As lovers of both the ocean and science, we’re also looking to run, participate and collaborate on ocean citizen science projects as the boat moves around the world.
