Atlantic crossing West to East and further up North

We are taking our 50 feet sailing catamaran back from charter business in the Caribian to Europa/ Sweden for a litte uppgrade before heading South/West again, starting a circumnavigation.
We are 2 Norwegian couples ( mid / end 50's) that want to live out our Dreams.
One of us is a former tall ship and merchant sailor in his/her youth, but a little "rusty" after a land career of more than 30 years. We have all been boating all our life, but in smaler coastal cruising. We have the certification for offshore sailing, but need some help/instruction in sailing our boat in the start.
The boat is a very comfortable Saba 50 catamaran with 4 double Cabins, + single cabin in starboard forepeak, every cabin with own bathroom. Fully equipped for long distanse sailing, and with an extra focus on safety gear.
We are now looking for;
1. A competent sailor that can learn us how to sail our catamaran, and take resposabillity as captain for the crossing. We will be humble "students", and share all duties as the rest of the crew. We will of course take place in planning/discussions, but we all know and respect that there is only one captain when it comes to disiscions in a critical situation.
You may as well be a couple that will share your own cabin.
For the captain/ sail instructor position we Will pay all expences, but its not a paid Job.
2 . We may have some positions as well for fun, easy going people with a love for sailing and the ocean. You must have experianced long distanse sailing and Know that you can handle a long distanse crossing. There are no exit plattforms/ flights back home in the midle of the Atlantic. Please do not reply if you are without any seamiles but just have a dream as so many else.
We are both friendly, Young at heart/head , and feel you should be "adult " to be on the same level "thinkwise", to fit in. Other than that we have no preferances on gender,or else.
For regular/ recriationally crew you will have to share all duties and share cruising cost , exept all boat cost that will be on us, the owners
We are tiniking that a crew of 6 people woud be perfect. Doing ordinary seawatches with 2 people sharing watch for safety and Company at all times.
This will give a comfy ride with plenty of space for everyone.
Our ladies are not comfy with long distanse crossing, and will not be on board until we reach Europa somewhere.
For the ringt crew there will be opportunity to stay on board for a long period.
We Will take her on the hard in the Swedish West coast for some uppgrades and minor repairs. A dive compressor is to be installed as well as some more solar and energy to make her able to stay off grid for longer periode While cruising in distant areas.
After this we are starting the dream of circum navigation with only one plan, wich is no plan just go with the wind and take it day by day.

The trip will start in st. Thomas, USVI. After that the route will be something like this:.
Bermuda, Azores, and then either Irland thru Caledonia Canal to Scotland North sea, and then Skagerak to aSweden or North Spain, France, thru english channel up the coastline maybe thru Kiel canal and up thru swedish coast.
Weather, crew wish, will settle the final route.
we like slow cruising, and spend time on locations we are visiting.

the 2 captains of us are both certificated in Norway similar to RYA Yachtmaster , boats up to 24 mtr worldwide
Ted has also sailed more than 50k mile, but more than 30 years ago
