- recreational on a steel ketch -

A position with separate cabin is offered to a clean and well mannered friend, on my vessel based in Sardinia.
I'm happily sailing around with no hurries, overnight ports are not frequently scheduled.
All expenses for living on board can be included for novice sailors or under 26 people in change of a general help in common house jobs.
Basically I would be glad for your sailing cooperation and happy to climb safer my masts.
I'm ok with cooking and daily boat maintenance, but I'm open to good news!
A paid position could be offered in high season (Jul - Aug) for daily/weekly charter routes... if you are interested to this kind of job, it could be a good occasion to know each other now.
I'm actually sailing around Costa Smeralda.
Beginners are welcome, but space and water are important resources... I won't consider seasick unsure or people just looking for a sponsor.

Professional and experienced captain

Captain is very experienced sailor! Plans and handles sailing with great expertise for smooth, as well as in case of very rough weather situations. He proved to be skilled engineer, while fixing several complex technical problems on his own, on the fly. During my sailing trip, he was very focused on safety, took good care of the boat and passengers. I would recommend sailing with him!

Mr E. is all a captain should be, has a great knowledge of sailing boats (which he likely shares) and very well knows what he's doing. He's a fun and respectful man too, sailing with him is overall more than recommended!
