land and sea

Greeting to all readers !

Community & Friendship !

I am busy creating a small self sufficient land base here in Latvia from where to launch sailing trips around the Baltic Sea, Atlantic & North Sea coasts of Sweden and Norway, Scotland's coasts and islands. I'm scoping out the west coast of Scotland atm with a smaller sailing yacht and campervan, it's truly a beautiful coast !

I'm also searching for a landbase in the more sunny climes ,some remote piece of land maybe waiting for hands.

Basically a land base is a launch out 'pad' where boat is ' parked', serviced, stocked up with home grown/made food etc and made ready to sail. This Spring we've been doing - canoe trips on the rivers to 16km in Latvia, fitting solar thermal system, installing outside kitchen, installing timber accommodation cabins and beach barbecues, beach combing. Fun !

Each trip for sailing can be from minimum 1 week local to 2 months + distant duration, free sailing crew can hop on hop off anywhere during = freedom.

So, I'm looking for volunteers, partners, contributors who may be interested in this project on a long term basis - i offer permanent, or long as you wish/need - living space on the land base, including all self sufficiency modes, a great sailing yacht for the mentioned trips when she's ready to go.

Preferably, at this exact moment, I'm looking for a strong, stable couple, that's one man and one woman, dedicated & diligent, children are welcome too but I'm open to any single crew who may be interested.

If I find just a few good men & women the idea is to create rotation of land & sea times. Once it's all set up, everyone involved can reach out with invites to friends & family.

This is not a job offer, it's a lifestyle offer :)
