The 2023 season is approaching and with it we have some great opportunities for the right people.
North Star Yacht Delivery offer a worldwide delivery service on a wide range of vessels both sail and power, private and commercial. Demand is continuously growing and we are on the look out for the best of the best to fill Skipper, Mate and Deckhand roles.
Minimum qualification requirement is RYA Yachtmaster offshore with commercial endorsement for both Mate and Skipper positions, along with proven experience in the industry.
Deck hand positions start at Day skipper, with a requirement to hold STCW sea survival and a ENG1.
We do operate a number of commercial operations that require MCA masters tickets and above with quality experience for Bridge team roles.

How it works: get in touch providing a seafarers CV and references, copies of qualifications and seafarers log book, an outline of availability, rank you sail and country of residence.
If we think you are a good fit we will provide copies of company procedures and crew handbooks. upon signed return of these documents we will add you to our crew database and be in contact when a suitable delivery comes up.
We do also offer the opportunity to join a reserve crew list for short notice assignments, which operate on a first come first served basis.
As we believe in doing our part to support the development of the next generation of seafarers we offer a number of Mile building opportunities to the right candidates, subject to application and interview. All mile builders will be aboard strictly as additional personnel to crewing requirements at he expense of the company, and allocated to suitable voyages and vessels. Mile building opportunities are therefore on a voluntary basis with travel and subsidence provided.
