Chef - Permanent - United Kingdom
We are looking for a relief cook/chef to join us on some of our cruises. We operate on the West coast of Scotland from April to October 2023. Our cruises vary from five to ten nights and explore the Scottish Hebrides. There are 48 hours between cruises.
Responsibilities will include:
- preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea for up to 11 (8 guests, 3 crew)
- keeping the galley clean
- provisioning between cruises (48 hours)
- on St Hilda you will have some deck work duties such as helping with the anchor windlass and the mooring lines
Key points:
- you would have to share a cabin with the captain
- you must have food safety and hygiene level 2
- you must have a visa to work in the UK
