We have a fantastic opportunity for Yachtmaster Instructors, come join our Sunsail team in Greece or Croatia as a Chief Instructor!
We are looking for highly motivated individuals that have experience managing a team. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do so being highly customer orientated is a must, with great interpersonal skills.
Candidates must have a Yachtmaster Instructor certificate that is Commercially Endorsed with a valid medical certificate (ENG1/ML5) and a valid First Aid Certificate or equivalent.
Applicants must also have the right to work in Greece or an EU passport.

You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the sailing school, including delivery of the RYA syllabus, day to day management of the team, driving revenue and ensuring yachts are set up to Sunsail and RYA standards
The sailing school team usually consists of a Chief Instructor and a team of Cruising Instructors.
Our sailing schools give our customers the opportunity to take a qualification home with them, from RYA Start Yachting to RYA Day Skipper. Our fantastic instructors provide a quality experience individually tailored to each student’s requirements and learning style.
Working hours vary and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements. It is important to be flexible within your job role and understand that you may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs.
