1st Engineer - Temporary / Seasonal - €tbd - Spain
Do you like helping us (owner and skipper couple in the early sixties) sailing our 23m ketch in this year's summer? We're looking for a couple (no gender preferences, prepared to share a cabin), who is primarily capable to take care for all technical issues onboard (there's quite some stuff in the engine room), provide some muscular strength on deck, take over watches at day and night at longer passages and stay onboard at anchorages when we will do excursions.
We're planning a trip through the Med from/to Barcelona and family and friends might come onboard for some time.
It shall be fun and we're very much looking for a cool atmosphere onboard, with seriousness when necessary ... ;-)

I crewed on Iltchi for 2.5 months, sailing from Sint Maarten to Colombia. It's an amazing boat, and the owners are down-to-earth, kind, and generous. The atmosphere on board is great, and I can highly recommend crewing with them.
