ABOUT US:
We are a couple of retired fit mariners both 61, not pleasure sailors but have worked all our lives at sea; from commercial fishing through to owning and operating a marine business with a fleet of tugs and barges. Experienced and knowledgeable from this and a life time of adventures, we want to continue our passions while cruising around the world.
We are adventurous; enjoying challenges from sought out opportunities. We're healthy, relaxed, easy going and open minded.
We enjoy good a conversation and love to share stories that lead to new friendship. We both come from very interesting backgrounds, with some eclectic interests and hobbies, so bare with us and join in as we try to not to hold the lime light.

We've spent the last 5 years tirelessly revamping and rebuilding our 20m motor cruising vessel. "SALTYDOGZ" , and now she and us are ready to go.

We have lots of lots of fishing gear for the trip, but if you have a favourite rod or reel your welcome to bring aboard.

Our inflatable deck pool (2.5m diameter x .75 high) is great to cool off in when sharks or crocodile preventing a plunge in the ocean.

If you are a novice or even an experienced sea person and should choose, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and/or gain technical, nautical, engineering and culinary skills.

Please note that whilst we intend on making our passage when weather conditions are calm, some swell can cause seasickness for some people. This is not fun for anybody so please be mindful of this if you are new to this scene.
We are non smokers, but moderate drinkers. If you do happen to be a smoker this is permitted out on deck only.

If this sounds of interest and you'd like to know more, please give us ahoy
