Charter Sailing Captain and Sailing Instructor

Location: Old Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, California
Responsibilities:
Conduct safe and enjoyable sailing charters, on a fleet of sailing yachts ranging in size from 30ft to 36ft.
Provide sailing instruction to individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Demonstrate expertise in sailing techniques, safety procedures, and navigation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
Requirements:
US Coast Guard Captain's license - OUPV minimum (Masters with Sailing Endorsement would also be very useful)
ASA 201 - 204 (Not required but very helpful)
Extensive experience as a sailing captain, preferably in charters or instruction.
Strong knowledge of sailing techniques, safety protocols, and navigation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
