Deckhand - Temporary / Seasonal - United States

75' Little Harbor sloop in search of responsible, good-natured, hard-working mate for summer season (June-September). Nantucket based fully private program includes an Alerion, sunfish & 2 RIBs.
Responsibilities include deck duties (lines, fenders, sails), tender operation, food & bev service, exterior maintenance.
Must have basic level of ease and ability on boats. Small boat handling will put you on the short list, experience with children a plus. Opportunity to train up according to previous experience.
Potential to build towards relief captain position for the right candidate, but also open to less experienced sailors or someone looking to transition from interior to deck.
