Chef - Temporary / Seasonal - $3.500€+bonuses - Italy
We are looking for Sole Chef to join a busy 28m private and charter Sailing Vessel that is based in Italy.
You will be in charge of all aspects of the galley catering for crew and up to 10 guests. You will also be in charge of all menu planning, budgeting, galley cleanliness and guest interaction.
We are looking for a Chef with previous charter experience who is personable, creative, has a passion for cooking , someone who is confident in all international cuisines (especially Italian and French), and all dietary requirements and able to deliver family-style, fine-dining and buffet-style service, be able to prepare seafood and fresh meats.
Responsibilities
• Meal preparation for both guests and crew
• Daily menu planning
• Liaising with the Stew and Captain to deliver seamless service.
• Food provisioning and inventory checks under Captains guidance
• Organisation of the galley and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Budgeting and accounting
