Non-stop Canada to Mexico

Looking for novice-competent crew to sail from Victoria B.C. to La Paz Mexico starting September 1st (ish) 2024. Eventually circumnavigating the Pacific and then perhaps, the globe, so there is the possibility of going further over the horizon. Let's maybe do Mexico first.
