Western Pacific - Fiji to Japan

I sailed single handed and various crews from Croatia to Fiji. Although I can sail my boat single handed, I am looking for a crew of 1 additional person for safety reasons and better sharing of watches.
Now you have the chance to sail with me from Fiji, Vanuatu or the Solomon Islands through the world of the Micronesian Islands via Guam and Saipan to Japan, where I will arrive by the end of 2025. These are the corner points. Details I plan when they become necessary to have the chance to take a gain a lot of experiences popping up along my sail; e. g. I recently extended a stay on an Fijian island from 3 to 10 days, which was a really great experience.
Basis for sailing with me is sharing of Interests, experiences, and tasks. It is all to learning and experiencing about islands, people, their culture and the sea.

Offer for the crew member:
- Well equipped and maintained boat
- Training in all what is needed - never something will be done without explanations
- Gaining lots of experience
- You can learn as much as you can absorb
- Collecting plenty of miles
- Communication and discussion about very many topics
- Seasoned skipper with responsibility and experience sharing life with international people for more than 40 years
- Your own double cabin with own toilet and shower on starboard; the same as I have on port. Aft cabins are for family and friends who can join; also yours are invited.
Your tasks on board
- Hands on during sailing maneuvers
- Sharing watches
- Cooking and kitchen work (but I will bake bread and make yogurt)
- Participation in all kind of works on the boat (keeping all tidy and clean, etc)
Sailing expenses to be shared.
Looking for a reliable crew member with hands-on mentality. If sailing experience exists, it is better, but I have quite some experience in bring full novice up to high skill level in a very short time. Therefore, a novice is welcome as well.
You should be able to have conversations in ONE of the following languages: English, Japanese, German. I speak also a bit of Dutch, and currently reviving my French but not conversation level.
Video call is an important element to see if our chemistry matches. This can be done in Signal, Threema, Jitsi, or Zoom. WhatsApp is not an option.
