Boat descriptionBy way of introduction, my name is Kevin and I live in Victoria, BC. I joined crewbay mid-January 2024. I did the Bajahaha in 2022 as a crew member on a 37’ Canadian Sailcraft and it was a wonderful experience.  I loved it so much I bought a 40' Hans Christian Christian and sailed it to the French Polynesia and beyond. The sailboat - Andante - is capable and well equipped.  She is a dry, sturdy, well maintained boat that is fully equipped EPIRB, AIS transponder, Liferaft, Auto-pilot, Water maker and Garmin Chartplotter.  Looking for one crew member to join me and my 31 year old son mid-October 2024 in Fiji and be with the boat for at least a month. The crew member must have some passage experience and ability to stand watches alone, manage sea-sickness, participate in meal preparation, minor maintenance, cleaning of boat, etc.  Also, a non-smoker, and free from mood altering medication, and abstain from alcohol on ocean passages. You will have your own cabin with a cabin door for privacy. There is only one head on board.
