Stew/Deck - Permanent - Min exp 4 years - $2,500/3,500 - United States

Looking for a competent hard working self starter. Must have STCW credentials and preferably some sort of mariners certification. Deck and sailing experience needed. We are building a brand new 65ft lagoon sailing bay for luxury charters throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas. This is a detail focused position and hard work but the financial and experience rewards are great! Position will be titled Deck/Stew and you would float between deck and interior. Would need to obtain a BVI work permit but boat would pay for that. Who is looking:)?
