Deckhand - Permanent - €according to capacity - Italy

I am the owner of a 52 footer Gran Soleil. I love sailing, since 40 years, and I crossed twice the Atlantic ocean.
I am looking for a nice professional friend to sail the months of July and August in the Tyrrhenian sea around Sardinia.
I am ready to pay for the job according to the experience of the sailor.
