Looking for crew

Hi everyone. I'm looking for some help moving my boat from San Juan Puerto Rico to Grenada . I would prefer people with watch keeping experience .
Whenever I am on passage I prefer 3 or more people in total. Preferably with sailing and watch keeping experience. We share cooking duties so everyone needs to be able to cook to a basic degree.

There are 3 double cabins with separate heads, each of which can easily accommodate 2 people. In addition to singles, couples, or two people who are happy sharing a cabin, are absolutely welcome.
I'm happy to cover all expenses on board.

(www.parasailor.com) 4 Anderson electric winches with a German mainsheet system. MOORING I have a Spade S180 anchor. It is 45 kilos (99 lbs). It is rated for boats up to 75 ft and 57,300 lbs. ( By comparison my boat is 55 ft. and has a light displacement of 47,400 lbs.) There is 100 m (328 ft) of 12mmØ chain SAFETY The boat is equipped with a HERO 8 man life raft. There are 6 Crewsaver ErgoFit+ 190N PFDs . The boat has an extensive ditch kit (grab bag) that meets the ARC standard. There is a Jon Buoy Recovery Module attached to the stern rail along with other things to throw. CONNECTIVITY The boat is equipped with a Starlink Marine antenna
