Passage from Dominican Republic to Annapolis with one stop

I need one or two crew members to help me move the boat to Annapolis. I have one crew, an old friend who joined me for the Atlantic crossing. Knows his stuff.
We will sail first to Exuma and take a break there because I need to fly out and back for personal business. And then head up to Annapolis.
You should know your way around a sailboat and be able to stand watch with all the entails. Everyone shares in cooking and cleaning. There is one empty cabin that fits 2 people, so couples are welcome. Hope that gives you enough info

( By comparison my boat is 55 ft. and has a light displacement of 47,400 lbs.) There is 100 m (328 ft) of 12mmØ chain SAFETY The boat is equipped with a HERO 8 man life raft. There are 6 Crewsaver ErgoFit+ 190N PFDs . The boat has an extensive ditch kit (grab bag) that meets the ARC standard. There is a Jon Buoy Recovery Module attached to the stern rail along with other things to throw. CONNECTIVITY The boat is equipped with a Starlink Marine antenna
