Trip Mediterranean Sea and cross Atlantic Ocean

Hello everyone, in the fall, at the beginning of November, I plan with a friend to drive a boat from Montenegro to Gibraltar, then cross the Atlantic Ocean to Martinique and next year cross the Pacific Ocean. I want to find one English-speaking sailor for each of these crossings. Preferably with experience working with sails, if not, I will teach. 3 months before the start)
