? Crew Wanted – Sail New Zealand to Stewart Island
Leaving from Whangārei, I’m looking for easy-going, adventure-ready crew to join me on a relaxed, come-and-go voyage aboard my steel-hulled Kristen 52, Forever & Ever. We’ll cruise the coast from Northland through Bay of Islands, Great Barrier, Coromandel, down the East Coast, and all the way to Stewart Island — diving for lobster, chasing yellowfin tuna, and exploring the most remote, untouched parts of New Zealand.
This is a shared-expenses trip with full freedom to hop on or off along the way. Expect a mix of sailing missions, scuba diving, spearfishing, beach fires, hiking missions, and quiet anchorages where it’s just the ocean and us. The boat is solid, comfortable, and set up for real adventure — diving gear, space for fishing, and a laid-back vibe.
No experience needed — just be respectful, clean, and ready to enjoy life at sea. If you want to learn sailing, help on deck, or simply reset your headspace on the water, you’re welcome aboard.
