Captain - Permanent - $$80k plus commission - United States

We are staffing an eighty foot Lazzara for personal and charter opportunities. There will be short charter out of Daytona Beach and a 3 month stay in the Bahamas. We expect this will be a yacht that will be used well. Our belief is to treat people well starting with the staff. This craft has a generous crew quarters. Besides the base salary we will negotiate a guaranteed yearly compensation between base salary and commission. A generous vacation package will be arranged.
